Hi, I've found the text on http://www.mvcr.cz/aktualit/regiony/hradec/zpravodaj/2004/ledunor.html It's an article on the Czech Interior Ministry web in their Messenger about a group of Argentinian police. Perhaps you could contact them, and the author, to get the source (perhaps also the texts in english?) and licence for wikipedia. What do you think? –wiki-vr 20:23, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
