Template:Sharksportal The Azores dogfish, Scymnodalatias garricki, is a very rare sleeper shark of the family Dalatiidae, known only from the holotype taken at a depth of 300 m from one of the seamounts of the North Atlantic Ridge located north of the Azores. The Azores dogfish is ovoviviparous.
