Simon Michel (German pronunciation: [ˈziːmɔn ˈmɪçəl]; born 19 January 1977) is a Swiss businessman and politician who currently serves on the National Council (Switzerland) for The Liberals since 2023.[1] He concurrently serves on the Cantonal Council of Solothurn since 2017.[2][3][4] Since 2014, he is the CEO of Ypsomed Holding, a medical device company, founded by his father Willy Michel who was an estimated net worth of $3.3 billion.[5][6]
