Hareth is a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium.

She lived during the First Age of Middle-earth, and was the elder daughter of Halmir, chieftain of the Haladin, and sister of Haldir, Hundar, and Hiril. She married Galdor, lord of the House of Marach, and bore him two sons, Húrin and Huor.
