Rhonda Britten (born Rhonda Wiitanen, December 1, 1960 in Two Harbors, Minnesota) is a life coach, motivational speaker and bestselling author. She is perhaps best known as being the lead life coach on the reality TV series Starting Over. During her run on the show, she, along with her co-hosts, Iyanla Vanzant, Dr. Stan Katz, and the crew won a Daytime Emmy; a first for any reality show. Rhonda stayed with the show during all three seasons of its run. On the show, she was known for her humorous style, but firm yet kind way of showing women how to change their lives.

In her twenties, she appeared in episodes of Married...With Children; and Perfect Strangers. Prior to Starting Over, she starred on a UK show called Help Me, Rhonda, where she helped women take charge of their lives in 30 days. She starred on this show for two seasons.
