Born on 1913 in Sherbeen , Dakahlia , Egypt to a wealthy well reputed Egyptian Family ,His father Mahmoud Pasha Shoukry .
Graduated from Faculty of Agriculture 1939, Cairo University taking his duty to help farmers in more effecient and modernized farming methods.
Fighted against the brithish invasion to Egypt and was named the alive dead " AL SHaheed Al Hay" as he was wounded among other freind who were killed in strike against the british invasion , as well he was prisoned for couple of times for his articles against the king of Egypt.
Memeber of parlimant for several times. Governer of Al Wadi Al Gadeed. Minister of Agriculture untill resigned to make the opposition labour party
