'Representative ''Frank G. Lasee''' is a [[Republican Party (United States)|Republican]] member of the [[Wisconsin]] [[Wisconsin Assembly|Assembly]] for the state's 2nd Assembly District. Lasee has distributed an update newsletter, ''Lasee's Notes'', via e-mail to constituents and other interested parties for nearly a decade. Prior to his election to the State Assembly in 1994, Lasee was the Ledgeview Town Board Chair from 1993 to 1997, and worked for a Green Bay, Wisconsin insurance company, where he trained telemarketers. A controversial member of the State Assembly, who has been seen as a lone dissenter on many issues, including state budgets. He is known as an outstanding and outspoken advocate of taxpayers, limited spending and an opponent of the tax increases they bring. Lasee is known as the Father of the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. A failed attempt to require referendums to raise taxes or greatly increase govenment spending. Born and raised in Oceanside, California, Lasee is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay with a fashion design major. For his senior project, Lasee designed a sequined handbag for left-handed people.

Representative Frank Gersham Lasee is a Republican member of the Wisconsin Assembly for the state's 2nd Assembly District. Lasee has distributed an update newsletter, Lasee's Notes, via e-mail to constituents and other interested parties for nearly a decade.[1]

Born December 11, 1961 and raised in Oceanside, California, Lasee graduated in 1986 from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay with a major in humanistic studies. [2][3][4] He is the father of three daughters.[5][4][6]

Prior to his election to the State Assembly in 1994, Lasee was the Ledgeview, Wisconsin Town Board Chair from 1993 to 1997,[4] and was a supervisor for an insurance company.[7]

Lasee is a member of the State Assembly who has been a dissenter on many issues, including state budgets.[8] He is known as an advocate of taxpayers, limited spending and an opponent of the tax increases.[9]

Guns in schools
