Paul Rice is the founder and CEO of PRIVATE PLEASURES in Eau Claire. Paul was born in the ghettos of Woodville, WI with his adopted brother Brett Tiffany. Their family is very poor. They beg for food, by holding up signs and when people walk by the cling onto their leg and won't let go til they get money.

He is very dangerous. Watch out he'll get you. He's fat hairy and stupid with the IQ of 69 (cause that's all he thinks about) Keep your children away from him, BOYS AND GIRLS! He'll get you like he did to Jenna Curtis!!! Poor little girl
