Template:Mlbretired Edward Silch (February 22, 1865 – January 15 1895) was a 19th century major league baseball player from St. Louis, Missouri, USA. "Baldy" played just one season in the majors, with the 1888 Brooklyn Bridegrooms. He played in 14 games, all in the outfield, and batted .273.[1]
Ed died at the age of 29 in his hometown of St. Louis, and was buried at the Calvary Cemetery.[2]
