The Power and the Glory is an album by the British progressive rock group Gentle Giant released in 1974. Both the title of the album and many lyrical themes were inspired by author Graham Greene's novel of the same name. The album was released in the US and Canada by Capitol Records, as would all albums for the remainder of the decade.
