The Space Development and Test Wing is a unit of the United States Air Force. The wing is located at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The wing is commanded by Col. Kevin McLaughlin, who is also director of the Operationally Responsive Space Office.[1]
