Sensation lawn mowers were a commercial lawn mower created by Howard Phelps in 1944. They were located in Ralston Nebraska. Soon after they were bought out by Gilson which then in turn was bought out by [[Lawnboy]] in 1988. In 1989 Toro aquired the company. Sensation brand lawn mowers are no longer produced but are still in use today. The brand is associated with high quality and longevity and have been a favorite of landscapers for years.
