-Hi I am not sure if it is a significant problem.  I oculd not find the ref in the Tiger Airways site - spent a bit of time poking around but not a lot.  My issue would be more with [[WP:NOT]] - is it encyclopaedic to update a wikipedia page with this level of detail?  The fact that there is no source complying with our definition of [[WP:RS]] supports perhaps the idea that it isn't encyclopaedic.  I think the best place to escalate is to the Aviation wikiproject. -I did not delete material from the article I just re-arranged the material so that it ran in a logical order. I did not insert any ureferenced material. All the material was in the referenced articles such as his indentured apprenticeship. All this stuff is now on the public record in broadcast interviews etc anyway.
