The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change (JLASC) is a progressive, student-run journal and seminar that uses an interdisciplinary scholarly approach to challenge social injustice. Founded in 1993 under the name HYBRID, JLASC is one of the five official journals of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

JLASC publishes works from scholars, practitioners, activists, and students that present thoughtful analysis of current social issues with implications beyond the legal community.
