Plot Summary
Natalie Jones (Melissa Gilbert) is an urban lawyer who is devastated to learn that her recently deceased father – a well-respected judge – was once married to a rodeo queen, so she sets out to uncover her dad’s secret past. Her pursuit of the truth takes Natalie to unfamiliar territory – the wide open spaces of horse country. There she meets the rodeo queen’s daughter, Jess Jarrett, a woman struggling to keep the wild horses on her property alive and safe. Moved by Jessie’s commitment to nature and intensely attracted to the local veterinarian, Natalie finds herself becoming part of a family connection she never dreamed possible.
