Again, correcting this strange insistence by programmers that their senses of terms are the only ones in existence. :-)

A help desk in a programming department is staffed by from one to many programmers, systems analysts, or system engineers who troubleshoot problems that members of the programming department cannot solve. These problems range from program bugs to bugs in third party software.
