Rhytida otagoensisis a species of small, air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusc in the family Rhytididae.

Distribution

This species of land snail is endemic to the southern part of the South Island of New Zealand.

Shell description

The shell is larger than the living adult size of Rhytida australis, with deeper whorls, and a smoother surface.

The shell coloration is greenish-olive.

The shell diameter is up to 18 mm, and height up to 10 mm.
