Earth® Footwear (sometimes referred to as "Earth Shoes") are fitness-oriented shoes with a heel-to-toe incline of 3.7 degrees. Relative to conventional shoes, Earth® footwear positions one's toes slightly higher than one's heels to simulate the effect of walking on an inclined treadmill.

The footwear has been popularized by athletes and health practitioners for its body weight re-assignment and key muscle group recruitment properties. In 2008, a national walking study yielded observations about the footwear's ability to build lean body mass and help wearers burn additional calories while walking relative to ordinary shoes.

The company is affiliated with an Advisory Staff of health experts that includes a biomechanist, fitness expert, and yoga instructor. Current distribution of the footwear is in the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Australia, Italy and Taiwan.
