Earth® Footwear (sometimes referred to as "Earth Shoes") is a brand of footwear with shoes that include a heel-to-toe incline of 3.7 degrees. They are different from conventional shoes in that the footwear positions one's foot on an incline with the wearers' toes higher than the heels. This is purported to simulate the effect of walking on an inclined treadmill.

The footwear has become popularized by athletes and health practitioners for its body weight re-assignment and key muscle group recruitment properties. A 2008 national walking study assessed the footwear and yielded several observations about its' capacity to build lean body mass and burn additional calories relative to ordinary shoes.

The company is affiliated with an Advisory Staff that includes a biomechanist, fitness expert, and yoga instructor. Current distribution is in the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Australia, Italy and Taiwan.
