Ted Kooshian (born 8 October 1961) is a New York jazz pianist and keyboardist who has performed with artists that include Aretha Franklin, Chuck Berry, Toni Braxton, Marvin Hamlisch, Sarah Brightman, and Blood, Sweat, and Tears. Kooshian has played in many Broadway pit orchestras, and is a member of the Ed Palermo Big Band. Originally from San Jose, California, Kooshian has been actively performing since the 1980s. He has released three CD's: Clockwork (2004), Ted Kooshian's Standard Orbit Quartet (2008) (on Summit Records), and Underdog, And Other Stories... (2009) (on Summit Records).
