I would like to know why you don't sign with tildes and why you don't identify yourself as an administrator yet performs administrator tasks. Docu, I should draw your attention to the expected standards of conduct for admins at:Wikipedia:ADMIN#Administrator_conduct specifically: Failure to communicate – this can be either to users (e.g., lack of suitable warnings or explanations of actions), or to concerns of the community (especially when explanations or other serious comments are sought LibStar (talk) 05:29, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

user talk

It is very annoying having to work through your page history to see the successive discussions on an issue. It is so very annoying, that I almost concluded at first glance that you were not an admin until I checked the log. I see you've been one twice as long as I have, so I'm all the more surprised; I would gladly have mentioned this by email instead, except you have not done that either. DGG (talk) 02:52, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure if it matters that much. Anyways, I don't recall seeing you here before. -- User:Docu
I concur with DGG. About a week ago, I incorrectly assumed that Docu was not an admin, I asked him/her on this talk page and they didn't bother responding (except with vague responses). Surely admins should display they are an admin on their user page in the interests of the Wikipedia project? LibStar (talk) 03:17, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it took DGG two seconds to figure it out and if you had followed the link I had given you, you'd know too. -- User:Docu
you never provided any link. DGG as an admin probably knows the fast way to determine this. I do not. LibStar (talk) 03:20, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Check my first post. -- User:Docu

Hi

I would like to know why you don't sign with tildes and why you don't identify yourself as an administrator yet perform administrator tasks. It's very deceptive. if you are purposefully avoiding being contacted and purposefully not allowing talk then why bother to participate as an administrator? Drawn Some (talk) 03:49, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes with all due respect the fact that you are an administrator means that you went up before the community and were given a seal of approval as far as trust. Not signing with tildes makes it difficult to access your talk page, requiring a search, and to even be sure that the page belongs to the correct user is difficult.
