In March 2009 the band recorded their first EP at The Audio Cooker Studios In Castleford. In April 2009 Shane unfortunately left to the band as he could not offer the level of commitment required. In May 2009 Lee Brook replaced Shane as the Invisible Idols drummer. The band are currently performing through-out the country headlining excellent venues such as '''O2 Academy Sheffield''' and '''Lucorum, Barnsley'''. In September the band are to support recently reformed 80's legends [http://www.kajagoogoo.com Kajagoogoo] along with more high profile support slots in the pipeline. Invisible Idols frontman [http://www.mattblackofficial.com Matt Black] has brought forward songs he co-wrote with '''Zal Cleminson''' from Scottish Rock Legends [http://www.sahbofficial.co.uk The Sensational Alex Harvey].
