Reggie Joule is a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives, representing the 40th District since 1996. [1] Before the beginning of the 26th Legislature in January 2008 Representative Joule, along with Democrats Rep. Bryce Edgmon and Rep. Bob Herron, began caucusing with the Republicans in the House Majority Caucus. Representative Joule is currently serving as a member of the Finance Committee. He also Chairs the Health & Social Services Finance Subcommittee and serves on the University Of Alaska Finance Subcommittee, for the 26th Legislature.
