The PECIFIDP (spoken: pE_cE_fE_dE_pE) concept is short for:

Professionalism,
Ethics,
Creativity,
Innovation,
Flexibility,
Integrity,
Dynamism,
Perfectionism

and it represents Eno Design`s High Standard in Business Behaviour.


Defining the values in PECIFIDP:


Professionalism [pruh-fesh-uh-nl-iz-uhm]

     1. Professional character, spirit, or methods.
     2. The standing, practice, or methods of a professional, as distinguished from an amateur.


Ethics [eth-iks]

     1. Moral principles.
     2. Ethics is concerned with distinguishing between good and evil in the world, between right and wrong human actions, and between virtuous and nonvirtuous characteristics of people.
     3. The rules or standards governing the conduct of a person or the members of a profession


Creativity [kree-ey-tiv-i-tee, kree-uh-]

     1. The ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.; originality, progressiveness, or imagination: the need for creativity in modern industry; creativity in the performing arts.


Innovation [in-uh-vey-shuhn]

     1. The act of innovating; introduction of new things or methods.
     2. A change effected by innovating; a change in customs; something new, and contrary to established customs, manners, or rites. --Bacon.

Flexibility [flek-suh-buhl-i-tee]

     1. Susceptible of modification or adaptation; adaptable: a flexible schedule. 
     2. Willing or disposed to yield; pliable: a flexible personality.
     3. Responsive to change; adaptable.


Integrity [in-teg-ri-tee]

     1. Adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
     2. Steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code.
     3. Moral soundness; honesty; freedom from corrupting influence or motive.


Dynamism [dahy-nuh-miz-uhm]

     1. Great energy, force, or power; vigor: the dynamism of the new governor. 
     2. Continuous change, activity, or progress; vigor.


Perfectionism [per-fek-shuh-niz-uhm]

     1. A propensity for being displeased with anything that is not perfect or does not meet extremely high standards.
     2. A personal standard, attitude, or philosophy that demands perfection.
