The Grammy nominated Multi-Platinum Miami bred producer / song writer Cainon Lamb was destined for success. Known as the son of a preacher, his involvement with music started in the church at the age of four by beating on the walls as church members sang. Eventually, this landed him the role as a drummer in the church band. As a youth, Lamb continued in music and excelled in sports, particularly football through which he earned a full scholarship to Florida A&M University. During his tenure in college, The All-American wide receiver Cainon Lamb was given an MPC aka "Beat Machine" as a gift from his late mother Regina T. Lamb. He utilized his musical background to create music for his local Gospel Rap Group called "Against da Grain". In 2001 after receiving his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice he went on to play professional football. While traveling to games with his team, as a hobby he took his music equipment with him and started honing his craft by creating and perfecting his own songs.

As a record breaking leading wide receiver for the Florida Firecats, Lamb and his team went on to win the 2004 Arena championship Cup. Later that year Lamb's music caught the ear of Grammy award winning artist/producer/songwriter Missy Elliott who was given a beat CD through his affiliation with a local Miami rap artist named Lil Brianna. That same beat CD held a track which became Lamb's first major song placement on American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino's 2004 debut album "Freeyourself". After retiring from football in late 2005, Lamb went on to work with some of the industry's biggest names including Monica Makings of Me, Ruben Studdard The Return , Fantasia Freeyourself & Fantasia ,Missy Elliott's new album,Block Party Keyshia Cole Just Like You, Jazmine Sullivan Fearless, Step it Up 2: the streets – the soundtrack, B.E.T Sunday's Best 1st season winner Cristal Aikin , In 2009 Lamb produced 3 songs for Monica's 5th studio album "Still Standing" and he appeared on Monica's B.E.T reality T.V show called "Still Standing" making his first T.V debut. Cainon also has production for various other sitcoms and commercials.

In 2007 Lamb produced his first #1 record with Keyshia Cole's Grammy Nominated smash single "Let it go". Then he went on to produce his second #1 record with the newcomer Jazmine Sullivan with her smash first single "Need u bad". Lamb also produced Sullivan's 4th single from off of her debut album Fearless called "Dream Big" which was released in February 2009! Lamb has produced several other Billboard Hit's in the coarse of a year!!
