Koca Bekir Pasha ( Turkish: Koca Bekir Paşa) (c. 1670-1757/1758), was an Ottoman Fleet Commander (Kaptan Pasha), Vizier and Governor; husband of Safiye Sultan; Dâmâd-ı Şehriyâri (Son in Law of The Ruler of The City) of Sultan Mustafa II.

Born in Alanya and educated in the royal palace, Koca ("Old" or "Big" in Turkish) Bekir Pasha served as the Director of Imperial Mint (Darphane-i Âmire) in Topkapi Palace under the reign of Ahmet III.

Born to a military family, Ebu Bekir Pasha has a remarkable career starting off as a weapons-keeper,
