Cherrybomb is an upcoming drama film set to be released in the United Kingdom in 2010.[2] Rupert Grint will star in the movie.[3] Filming began on location in Belfast on 7 July 2008, and lasted four weeks.[4] The film involves nudity, drinking, drugs, shop-lifting and stealing cars.[5]

Plot
With their exams over, best friends Malachy and Luke are out to have one hell of a summer. However, the arrival of Michelle, a captivating but troubled beauty, tests their friendship to the limit as she encourages the two boys to carry out increasingly dangerous and illegal deeds in the battle for her affections – with fatal consequences.[9]
