I personally attended, The Braidwood Inquiry,for two days in Vancouver and meet Robert's Mother and Her Lawyer. I wanted to see how The RCMP, were going to lie,swindle,and cheat their way out of this one. I was a witness to The Rule of Law,being twisted and abused to protect the guilty parties. The Charter of Rights and The Constitution Act of 1867,protects all people in Canada,against Human Rights Violations.The Courts,do not always seek out the victims rights and protect the victims. Especially in areas of sophisticated technology.

Poor Robert,did not have a chance and was murdered by cops,who could care less about human life,human rights,and their careless use of direct energy weapons. Section 19.24 in the supreme court and court of appeals is a poor excuse for justice in Canada, when the human rights laws around the world protect victims from this sort of unusual crime. The United States has special laws at the state and federal level to protect Americans. The Charter of Rights and the Constitution Act,protect victims in Canada,but the courts are in violation of human rights law.
