A story tells you of two friends, were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other in the face. The other one that got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything wrote in the sand. " Today my best friend slapped me in the face." They kept on walking until they found a oasis, where they decided to bathe. The one who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the drowning, He wrote on a stone, "Today my best friend saved my life." The friend who slapped and saved his friend,asked him. After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now you wrote on stone,Why ? The other friend replied, "When someone hurts us we should write in sand, where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone, where no wind can ever erase it." Learn to write your hurts in sand and to carve your benefits in stone. They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Send this story to the people you'll never forget. If you do not send it to anyone, it means you're in a hurry and that you have forgotten your friends. Take the time to live ! Do not value the things you have in life, but value who you have in your life.

The letter below explains in detail the human rights violation,that is going on in the Fraser Valley,Vancouver Island,and Cities across Canada. No one understands the technology and no one cares about the 50,000 targeted individuals in Canada.The RCMP and Canadian Secret Intelligent Service,has been using Direct Energy Weapons,for many years on the citizens of Canada.

Please have a look at my reward blog and you decide if all the research,evidence,books of authority,and sworn video affidavits are telling the truth about a most diabolical tragedy in Canada. I am with a Human Rights Organization,specializing in the public awareness of sophisticated technologies,used on human beings.The citizens of British Columbia are in the dark on this tragedy and do not know what to do and the courts are not qualified to rule on this,because they have no experience in technology used on humans.

Section 19.24 in the supreme court and court of appeals is a poor excuse for justice in Canada, when the human rights laws around the world protect victims from this sort of unusual crime. The United States has special laws at the state and federal level to protect Americans. The Charter of Rights and the Constitution Act,protect victims in Canada,but the courts are in violation of human rights law.
