Welcome to Files for Upload, part of WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

If you are an experienced editor, then you can help out by reviewing requests. Make sure you're familiar with Wikipedia's policies on non-free content (or simplified version). Michaelquinn32 Unfortunately, there is no published license on its website. KIMEP's policy manual also does not have any use regulations. This means that the usage would be governed by Kazakhstan's law "On Trademarks." Fair use rationale for the article Rated R (Queens of the Stone Age album)

I believe that the use of this non-free image in the article Rated R (Queens of the Stone Age album) is fair because:

1. No free or public domain images can be created for this album cover.
2. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the album in any way.
3. This image is widely distributed in other venues, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is.
4. The cover is being used for educational and informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original album in any way, or deprive its copyright holders of any financial gain.
5. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal CD copies of the album.

The only known record of any the Apache scouts, with the exception of William Alchesay, was during George Crook's campaign in 1872-73 (see Above and Beyond: A History of the Medal of Honor from the Civil War to Vietnam). Even if Nannasaddie was 15 at the time of the campaign, he would have been at least 75 if the photograph was taken after 1923. 72.74.202.20 (talk) 07:52, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
