Mistakes

  • Izzy the Indigo Fairy: On the picture when Izzy was blowing up a pink bubble gum balloon, she had black hair. But as Rachel, Kirsty and Izzy was about to fly away in the balloon, Izzy's hair had turned white. Her hair was supposed to be black.
  • Melodie the Music Fairy: On the introduction of Melodie, it mentioned that Melodie has a pink ballet dress. But at the end of the book, Melodie is said to have a white dress. Melodie actually had a pink dress.
  • Grace the Glitter Fairy: On one page of Grace the Glitter Fairy, Grace was said to have a pink wand, while later on, it was mentioned that she had a blue wand. The correct color of Grace's wand is unknown, because on all of the illustrations of the Rainbow Magic fairies, the fairies' wands are always drawn as thin, black sticks.
  • Honey the Sweet Fairy has two mistakes.
  1. The word surprise was misspelt as suprise.
  2. When Rachel and Kirsty visited the Party Workshop with Honey, Jasmine the Present Fairy gave Rachel a pink ribbon to put in her hair. When Rachel and Kirsty get back to the sweet shop, Rachel's ribbon had disappeared in the illustrations and had stayed invisible for the rest of the book. But there was no mentioning of the text that Rachel's ribbon had disappeared, got lost or got stolen.
  • Sophie the Sapphire Fairy: Kirsty is misspelt Kisrty.
