Jorge José Emiliano dos Santos, also known as Clésio Moreira, (3 March 1954 - 21 February 1995) 'was' a Brazilian football referee, known for his flamboyant style. His nickname was Margarida (meaning Daisy, in English).[1]
The referee was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1954, and he 'died' in 1995 from Aids.
He is one of three role models for the character Margarida from referee Clésio Moreira dos Santos.
