Positioning itself as a European and Mediterranean setting

  • To contribute to the future of Europe’s cohesion policy
  • To improve the accessibility of the territories by deploying a network of transports and the Mediterranean corridor
  • To become an agent of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation by strengthening the ties with the Union for the Mediterranean

The Euroregion projects

To deepen cultural cooperation through a shared annual meeting and Internet portal [1]

  • To consolidate a Eurocampus that encompasses the higher education centres in order to improve their competitiveness and foster the mobility of students, educators and researchers [2]
  • To bring together business creation initiatives (CREAMED) [3]

How it works

How it works • A rotating presidency identical to the presidency of the Euroregion • A general assembly • A technical team Three offices • Toulouse: Direction • Barcelona: General Secretariat • Brussels: Permanent representation
