::Are you mocking him? Y are you trying to end this talk when its clear we are trying to resolve this. Pls read Wikipedia:Consensus#Consensus can change not sure your action here at all are helping - Man this is the kind of thing that cause even more conflict. You have hidden the current talk as per what you believe is going on. I would like you to explain what it is your doing and y your trying to end this talk? On what authority is it that you have closed the debate? Could you read Wikipedia:Do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point. ::: Mocking him? Absolutely and categorically not. I thanked him precisely because I'm well aware of what an arduous & thankless task searching through multiple archives to find helpful material can be.

:::Multiple editors have told you what you were doing is inappropriate; your response, was to type "lol" in an editsummary with a derisory further 'lets have experienced editors talking' jab. As per the editsummary and hatnote inappropriate votepushing/consensus-dodging, unevidenced accusations directed at a specific editor and ad hominems are disruptive. I'm well aware consensus can change, it's in the policy page I linked you to earlier. I'm also aware of cases where it actually has changed, and for WP:PEREN-listed items at that. You'll notice I didn't remove comments from the page. Far from it. Those are still viewable, and yes branding people unconstructive anytime responses aren't as someone might like, is something we don't want in the first place either. I suggest a quick read of WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT which may give guidance on when this kind of thing can become disruptive.
:::Ronz's brought up some useful links and along with the ones WhatamIdoing <span class="plainlinks">linked earlier</span> these can be looked at and discussion--without "inappropriate effort to use voting", putting words into other's mouths, unfounded accusations (WP:NPA/GAME) or similar--can continue.&nbsp;–Whitehorse1 05:28, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
←Oh, hangon. The comment being replied to was removed--readded in edit conflict. You wish the comment withdrawn? If yes fine by me & I'll remove mine too.&nbsp;–Whitehorse1 05:34, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
