El Juego is played by many Spanish people. Could someone translate the rules on to Spanish wikipedia here.

Says the writers of this article. We have become the foremost information for source about The Game. I always refer people to the wikipedia article when there is a rule dispute. There is no need to cite sources, because the Game is not something that HAS sources. Also, I agree, you cannot choose whether to play the game or not.
