Actually, to reply to User:70.53.109.79's comment/vandalism, the laws of the United States certainly do apply here, as this is an American site. Check out the WHOIS information for this website and you will see that this is an American site, and subject to American laws. Those who use this site agree to abide by said laws, regardless of their nationality. Also, there is no excuse to insult other users just because your understanding of law is lacking.
