== You're wrong. ==

US law would not apply in this case, Nathanr. You're obviously not a lawyer, so don't pretend that you are. You don't even play one on TV.

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. --Kbh3rdtalk 20:19, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy: There is no excuse for personal attacks on other contributors. Do not make them. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that you may be blocked for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thanks, Also, as to your comment, my sexual orientation is none of your business and if you must focus on that, then I strongly advise you that homophobia is not tolerated on Wikipedia. That is not a way to get attention on this site, that's a way to get yourself blocked/banned. So smarten up. Personal attacks in any form are not tolerated. If you have something mature to say to me, my talk page is the place for it. — nathanrdotcom (TCW) 21:04, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. If you continue to make personal attacks, you may be blocked for disruption. tv316 02:17, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Calling people 'fags' is not proper etiquette on this website. Please see the links: WP:CIVIL, WP:NPA and WP:EQ. These are not just guidelines, this is site policy. Stop personally attacking me or you may be blocked for incivility I don't know you and I don't know what your problem is with me but deal with it in a mature manner or you may be blocked. Last warning. — nathanrdotcom (TCW) 02:21, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You have now been reported to your Internet provider for flagrant disregard for their Terms of Use, specifically section 5.

5. Rules and Conduct. In addition to any Additional Rules and in consideration of the availability and your use of the Services, you agree not to:

b. defame, abuse, stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation, rights relating to privacy and publicity;

Blocked - legal warning
You have been blocked from editing for posting potentially defamatory claims on Wikipedia. Wikipedia does not tolerate the posting of such claims on its website and takes such posting seriously. All defamation posted in edit summaries is removed from the Wikipedia website and deleted from records and archives. Those who post it are immediately banned from the site and may be reported to their service provider. If a computer in an educational establishment was used to post that claim then that establishment may be informed. You are reminded that defamation is an offence in law.

Under Section 230 of the United States Communications Decency Act, which governs Wikipedia, Wikipedia cannot be sued for the defamation you post. But YOU can be. Your service provider may be able to trace your edits back to you. The person you defamed could get a court order to require that the server release your name, and then sue you personally for defamation in the courts.

Remember: You put yourself at serious risk of a prosecution under the laws of defamation for any defamation you deliberately post.
