Strzegowo [stʂɛˈɡɔvɔ] is a village on the Wkra river in Mława County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Strzegowo.[1] It was formerly known as Strzegowo-Osada ("Strzegowo settlement"). It lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Mława and 91 km (57 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

The village has approximarly 8,000 inhabitants. Before World War II, 30% of the population of the village was Jewish.
