Silvio Cesare Bonicelli (March 31, 1932 – March 6, 2009) was the Italian Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Parma from his appointment by Pope John Paul II on December 13, 1996, until his retirement on January 19, 2008.
Bonicelli was born in Bergamo, Italy. He was first ordained a Catholic priest on June 16, 1962. He previous served as the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Severo before being appointed to Parma.
