*Hi Anbu121! Given your comment on my talk page, I'm going to review you from the point of view of running for adminship, though I do wish to stress that adminship isn't the be-all-and-end-all of wikipedia. Indeed, for many content creators, I recommend keeping away from adminship all together, as content creation is a much more important role on the encyclopedia, and adminship is much closer to a maintenance role.
That being said, I've had a short look at your content creation and I don't see major issues, though it could do with a bit more work. For example, IIM Lucknow is largely based on self published sources and PR releases. That doesn't bode well for the neutrality of the article. I'd suggest spending a little more time writing more content and try to get it reviewed by peers. For example, the Good article process is a great one for getting you started, or if you're starting a few related articles, try nominating them for Did you know.
As for other admin roles, I see you've started a CSD log, at only 25 entries, I guess it's a case of keep doing what you're doing, you'll get there eventually. Similarly with any other patrolling tasks, carry on for 6 months and you should have some decent evidence that you know what you're doing. It might also be good to contribute to a few more project space discussions, be it AfDs, or whatever's going on at WP:CENT. You're really not doing anything wrong, you just don't have the experience yet! Anbu121 (talk · contribs · count) I am thinking of applying to RfA within the next 6 months. I would like to have a review on my editing so far. Please suggest what areas should I focus on. Anbu121 (talk me) 21:54, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
I have written a B-Class article IIM Lucknow. I frequently contribute at AfD. I have AWB permission with which I have updated geographical coordinates for nearly 1000 articles. I have recently got rollback permission and started vandal-fighting through Huggle.
  2. Have you been in editing disputes or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future? If you have never been in an editing dispute, explain how you would respond to one.
I had involved in a dispute once due to lack of understanding of how vandal fighting works. After the incident, I apologized to the concerned user citing my ignorance.
