Russell Road Ipswich, England was originally planned to be the main road of the Ipswich Village development, which houses 1000 staff. The main employment on the road is Suffolk County Council and Concertus Design and Property Consultants located in Endeavour House (originally the TXU Corporation HQ). Ipswich Borough Council and Smart Energy are located opposite in Grafton House.
