The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia (Croatian: Ministarstvo zdravlja) is the ministry in the Government of Croatia which is in charge of health care and welfare.

In the Cabinet of Ivo Sanader I in December 2003 the ministry was broken up and merged with two other ministries:
- The social welfare portfolio was merged into the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare
- The labour portfolio was merged with Ministry of Economy into the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship
