.CAMP is a new generic top-level domain (gTLD) that was proposed in ICANN’s Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ('ICANN /ˈaɪkæn/ EYE-kan) new gTLD Program. This domain is launched by Donuts Inc through various accredited registrars around the world. While there are no restrictions, everyone can register a .camp domain name on a first come, first served basis.
Contract Signed
On 07 November 2013, Donuts received a Registry Agreement signed by ICANN Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN /ˈaɪkæn/ EYE-kan) for .camp after passing all the required processes needed to become a Registry Operator for the string.[4]
Sunrise
The Registry announced that the Sunrise Period for the string would begin 21 January 2014 and end on 22 March 2014.[5]
