Radial was formed from the merger of Innotrac Corporation and the enterprise services unit of eBay Enterprise, Inc..[3]
Prior to merger
Sterling Parterns, a private equity firm, acquired Innotrac on November 18, 2013 for $106.6 million.[4] On November 3, 2015, Sterling Partners acquired the enterprise operations and technology services part of eBay Enterprise.[5] Sterling Partners announced the two companies would be merged on November 15, 2015, but stated the new company would be rebranded in 2016.[6] The company's name, Radial, was announced on April 19, 2016. Radial estimated its initial value at $1 billion.[7]
