Introduction

Wyatt Design Group, Inc., founded in 1999, is a multi-disciplinary entertainment design studio based in Pasadena, California, specializing in exhibitions, attractions, theme parks, and leisure destinations. Its core staff has expertise in master planning, site development, architectural, interior, environmental, and attraction show set design.

History

Founder and Principal Larry G. Wyatt (AIA, ASLA) is a master planner and designer of theme parks, entertainment facilities, and a wide range of visitor destinations including museums, heritage sites, and resorts. Beginning his career in entertainment design with Kings Entertainment Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, his career eventually led him to the post of Senior Vice President of Design and Planning for Warner Bros. International Recreation Enterprises in Burbank, California. In 1999, Mr. Wyatt opened his design studio Wyatt Design Group, in Pasadena California, with a top-tier client list that included Warner Bros., Paramount, Universal Studios, and Twentieth Century Fox. He became Principal of MSI Design in 2006, heading MSI’s California planning and design office. In 2012, he returned to independent practice, reinstating Wyatt Design Group, Inc.
