( I'm totally new here and I was hoping to learn and be able to add my contributing to Wikipedia )

And I have a huge interest in ranking systems.

I did play some world vs world in the game guild wars 2 - guild wars 2 is a computer game.

And they use a ranking system in there world vs world I would like to share.

I like ranking systems and pages like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranking https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glicko_rating_system

And guild wars 2 have started a new linked competitor versus competitor game.

A Guild wars 2 competitor is a group of players placed in a group called a world also called a server.

Guild wars 2 then let these worlds / server compete vs other worlds / servers in a ranking system.
they then show there ranking here https://leaderboards.guildwars2.com/en/na/wvw

The linked competitor versus competitor game means that two or more worlds are linked together in one group.
And these linked worlds are then in a competition versus other worlds or linked worlds.

This linked competitor versus competitor game do that some of the worlds that is linked
don't get any ranking score. So that the host world for the linked worlds do get ranking
but the linked worlds is then seen as guest and don't get any ranking score.

The use of guild wars 2 linked worlds that compete against others linked and not linked worlds
are then ranked and showed on the guild wars 2 ranking page https://leaderboards.guildwars2.com/en/na/wvw

Any ranking system is an advanced system and guild wars 2 new linked competitor versus competitor game
arise a ranking system i have never seen before and therefor I wanted to make wiki page about it
and post a link for it under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranking#Examples_of_ranking

If you know wikipedia.org and would like to help out on this.
I wanted to make a wiki page called "Anet's ranking system" !
And think it will be a good title for a info link under the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranking#Examples_of_ranking
I will then collect all info about this new linked competitor versus competitor game
and make it into a understandable info on how guilds wars 2
new linked competitor versus competitor game ranking system works.

And also so the players that play guilds wars 2 can understand this ranking system !

This is not to take credit or a new ranking system, I just wanted to share
a new linked competitor versus competitor game ranking system and give
guild wars 2 the credit for it.

But if this guild wars 2 linked competitor versus competitor game ranking system is
as good at it looks, I'm sure it can be used in chests competitions
or for any other that host a linked competitor versus competitor game
