It was established in 1992 around Mentmore Towers, the stately home built for Baron Mayer Amschel de Rothschild, and it was ranked as the 15th best golf course in the county by the website www.top100golfcourses.com[1] The courses are designed by Bob Sandow, prior to its closure.
