Richard Watts-Joyce (born January 1973)^[1] is a British independent film producer and executive based in London, England.

A Chartered Tax Adviser by background, Richard founded the international tax firm Global Tax Network in 2000, building this out to a network of firms in over 100 countries. Richard is also a Director of Altis International, specialising in tax and wealth management services for sports professionals.

In July 2017, Richard became a Director and CFO of Hereford Films. ^[2]
