The Times of South Africa is a daily paper which was delivered free to 137,054 (according to the latest Audit Bureau of Circulations statistics) Sunday Times subscribers five days a week. It is tabloid in size and was South Africa's first totally interactive newspaper which published in tandem with the website www.timeslive.co.za[1] The Times had an interactive newsroom where reporters worked alongside multimedia producers and photographers to produce content for the newspaper, the website and mobile phones. The Times was also available for purchase at a cover price of R4.00 in limited quantities, later at R5.50. The editor of The Times was Andrew Trench.
