Sue Gray is a senior Civil Servant in the United Kingdom and is the Director-General, Propriety and Ethics Team and Head of Private Offices Group[1]. She has been described as the most politically powerful woman in the country, she is regarded to be fairly unknown and mysterious relative to the status of her position[2][3][4].

Sue gained press attention in late 2017 for being tasked as the person to oversee an investigation into allegations against Damian Green relating to his use of computers intended for work purposes[5][6][7].
