The Cape triplefin, Cremnochorites capensis, is a triplefin blenny of the family Tripterygiidae, found in the western Indian Ocean and southeast Atlantic, from Sodwana Bay to False Bay in South Africa. It reaches a maximum length of 8 cm.
The Cape triplefin has a russet body and blotches on the brow. There are four spines in the first dorsal fin, and there are branched eye-tentacles. It occurs in shallow subtidal areas.
